As a researcher providing back office support for Deloitte Management Consulting, I realized a better process was in order. A process approach, instead of a project approach to research would provide clients with the best possible solutions to unique challenges.
Thus began my philosophy of act like a researcher but think like a consultant, while heading off to create my own market research firm Leflein Associates.
